What happens in the diagnostic session?
It’s a 30-to-45-minute conversation, at no cost and with no commitment. We listen to what you want to achieve and the context of your company, and we honestly assess whether we can help and how. If so, we prepare a proposal with objectives, scope, deliverables, KPIs and investment.
How are your fees structured, and what does the investment include?
We work with flexible models: results-based projects, monthly fees for defined scopes and, in some cases, shared success. Each proposal details deliverables, timelines and success metrics.
Who on your team would work directly with us?
We assign a senior consultant as the main point of contact, backed by specialists according to your project’s needs. Meet our team in the corresponding section.
How soon will we start to see results?
It depends on the challenge. The first improvements are usually visible within 30 to 90 days: operational optimization projects tend to show results sooner, while cultural transformations take 3 to 6 months to consolidate.
